Testimonial: Elisa Larghi at KU Leuven for a STW

Back in May, Elisa Larghi, Dean’s Office at the Faculty of Informatics, spent one week at KU Leuven (Belgium) for a Staff Training Week. The leading theme of the week was “Community Feeling”, and the training offered a rich program of lectures, parallel sessions and extracurricular activities.

	New bilateral agreement for mobility: Trondheim A new bilateral agreements for the Faculty of Informatics: NTNU Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim (Norway), 2 places (Bachelor and Master).


	SUDAC International Conference 2019 The swissuniversities Development and Cooperation Network (SUDAC) programme seeks targeted support for collaboration between the various types of Swiss higher education institutions and their partners from the Global South in order to achieve an excellent standard of education, research and innovation on global challenges. The programme of the conference (that will take place on October 18, 2019 at the University of Bern) and the registration are now online.


	Activity report and statistics from Movetia available Movetia has published the activity report and the statistics for the year 2018. The goals of Switzerland’s strategy for exchange programmes and international cooperation have been widely achieved. Download the reports.


	Switzerland’s participation in the follow-up programme to Erasmus+ How would Switerland’s participation status be in the follow-up programme to Erasmus+? Currently this question cannot be answered. The Swiss Government has begun technical talks with the EU Commission but since neither the Erasmus 2021-27 draft programme nor the multi-year financial framework for this period have been yet approved, it will probably not be possible to conduct official negotiations until 2020. The State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation SERI regularly updates its website with news and information on Erasmus+.
