4 places per semester for the students in the area of Computational Science (Master level)
4 places per semester for the students in the area of Statistics (Master level)
1 place per semester for PhD students in the area of Computational Science
1 place per semester for PhD students in the area of Statistics

Goethe-Universität Frankfurt
2 places per semester for students at the Faculty of Economics (Master level)

In order to promote the mutual understanding, cooperation and exchanges in various fields between China and other countries, the Chinese government has set up a series of scholarship programs to sponsor international students, teachers and scholars to study and conduct research in Chinese universities. The deadline for the submission to the Scholarship Service at swissuniversities is 31 December 2019.

The EAIE is the European center for knowledge, expertise and networking in the internationalization of higher education. Forum is their magazine, which reach a broad audience of higher education professionals worldwide. Keen on writing for their next issues?

All Swiss schools or institutions wishing to implement innovative cooperation projects are invited to submit their ideas to Movetia. The subsidy application procedure comprises two phases. During the first phase, candidates have until 31 January to present an initial draft outlining their project. They will then be notified of whether or not their project has been accepted. In the event of a favourable decision, they can then present a more detailed request during the second phase before the final deadline of 31 May.

In 2018, the confederation and cantons approved the Swiss strategy for exchange and mobility. The vision was that all young people should take part in an extended exchange activity during the course of their training.

What has been achieved so far? Where is further commitment needed? What is to be done now? These questions are the focus of the “Second Conference on Exchange and Mobility”. Federal Councillor Alain Berset will open the conference.
