Pubblicato il nuovo Piano d’Azione per le pari opportunità, l’inclusione e la diversità all’USI 2025-2028. Il Piano d'azione fissa gli obiettivi e le misure miranti a mettere concretamente in atto i principi di equità e inclusione a tutti i livelli della comunità universitaria.

USI celebra un importante successo nell'ambito delle pari opportunità: il Servizio pari opportunità ha ottenuto i fondi del programma strategico di swissuniversities “Équité - Promouvoir l’égalité, la diversité et l’inclusion à tous les niveaux des hautes écoles” per il periodo 2025-2028.

Borsa di Shadowing 2025

Aperto, fino al 31 gennaio 2025, il Bando per l'assegnazione della Borsa di Shadowing rivolta alle persone iscritte al Mentoring Accademico e che permette di trascorrere un mese in un’università o istituzione di ricerca fuori dalla Svizzera beneficiando di un sgravio delle attività svolte all'USI.

Al via nel semestre primaverile la terza edizione del corso opzionale interfacoltà organizzato dal Servizio pari opportunità dell’USI e intitolato “Interdisciplinary approaches to gender and diversity” proposto per gli studenti di bachelor di tutte le facoltà.

Sostegni finanziari per la famiglia

L'USI sostiene le collaboratrici, i collaboratori, le studentesse e gli studenti che hanno una disponibilità economica limitata e che, per conciliare vita familiare e lavoro/studio, ricorrono al collocamento diurno extra-familiare per i figli di età compresa fra 0 e i 3-4 anni.

Supporto alle carriere accademiche femminili

Mentoring Accademico

Un programma rivolto alle giovani ricercatrici USI (dottorande e postdoc) che si propone di accompagnarle nel percorso accademico offrendo un orientamento qualificato per pianificare la propria carriera accademica attraverso incontri one to one con una persona esperta (Mentor) nel settore scelto.

L'USI promuove una cultura volta a tutelare l’integrità mentale e fisica di tutte le persone appartenenti alla comunità universitaria. Per informare e sensibilizzare regolarmente la comunità l’USI mette a disposizione il “Kit di prevenzione sulle molestie sessuali e sessiste sul posto di lavoro”.

Open, until January 31, 2025, the Call for the Shadowing Grant aimed at people enrolled in Academic Mentoring and allowing them to spend a month in a non-Swiss university or research institution while benefiting from relief from their activities at USI.

USI through its Equal Opportunities Service, supports employees and students who have limited financial resources and who, in order to reconcile family life and work/study, resort to extra-familial day care placement for their children aged between 0 and 3-4 years.
