Kulsum Shadab Wahab, Indian philanthropist and stylist, founded Ara Lumiere and promoted the Ngo Hothur Foundation project, combining her love for fashion with social responsibility, collaborating with women, who suffered acid attacks, and creating unique headgear pieces.
