From Friday 4 October 2019 to Sunday 2 February 2020 the Teatro dell’architettura Mendrisio-USI shows the exhibition “KOEN VANMECHELEN. THE WORTH OF LIFE 1982-2019” promoted by the Fondazione Teatro dell’architettura. An extensive review of more than sixty-five works by the artist Koen Vanmechelen: sculptures, paintings, neon, lambda prints and installations set up outside and on the three floors of the Teatro dell’architettura Mendrisio, the new campus building designed by architect Mario Botta.

The press preview will take place on Wednesday 2 October 2019, 11.30 am. Boas Erez, Rector of Università della Svizzera italiana, Mario Botta, President of Fondazione Teatro dell’architettura, Riccardo Blumer, Director of Accademia di architettura, Didi Bozzini, curator and Koen Vanmechelen, artist, will attend the press preview.
