Ami leggere in francese e ti piacerebbe far parte di una giuria letteraria? Il Cercle de lecture Goncourt è aperto a tutti i membri USI - studenti/-esse, accademici e amministrativi - che desiderano scoprire la letteratura francese contemporanea attraverso una lettura condivisa e stimolante.

Hai un buon livello di tedesco (B2) e ti interessa il mondo dell’economia e della finanza? Il corso “Il tedesco nell’economia”, aperto a tutti i membri della comunità USI, arricchirà il curriculum vitae di coloro che hanno l’ambizione di studiare o lavorare in una regione germanofona.

Per la prima volta l’USI ospiterà l'esame ufficiale di certificazione DELF/DALF: la sessione si terrà il 19.09.26 sul Campus Ovest. Un’opportunità unica per attestare il proprio livello di francese direttamente all’USI. L'esame si può svolgere anche in altre date nella sede ufficiale a Bellinzona.

Per chi fosse interessato a sostenere un esame di certificazione Goethe, dal livello B1 al livello C2, sarà possibile sostenere l'esame presso l'USI il 24 ottobre 2026. Le iscrizioni chiuderanno un mese prima della data dell'esame.

A partire dal semestre primaverile, non è più possibile sostenere esami IELTS paper-based all'USI. Gli esami potranno comunque essere sostenuti in modalità computer-based tramite IELTS Switzerland. Per maggiori informazioni, consultate la pagina "Certificazioni linguistiche – inglese".

LLM ha accolto il Consigliere per l’educazione dell’Ambasciata della Repubblica Popolare Cinese in Svizzera per un incontro dedicato all’insegnamento del cinese e alle prospettive di collaborazione accademica. La visita ha confermato il comune interesse a rafforzare i rapporti tra Svizzera e Cina.

Questo semestre si sono tenuti due diversi laboratori studenteschi di conversazione in italiano grazie all'impegno di due studenti moderatori volontari. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutti i partecipanti, con la speranza di aprire nuovi laboratori per altre lingue nel prossimo semestre autunnale!

Grazie al sostegno di swissuniversities, LLM contribuisce al progetto ITERSS (iniziativa USI-SUPSI) offrendo corsi di italiano gratuiti a persone afferenti al settore dell’asilo, favorendone l’accesso ai percorsi di formazione universitaria.

Do you enjoy reading in French and would like to be part of a literary jury? Cercle de lecture Goncourt is open to all USI members - students, academic and administrative - who want to discover contemporary French literature through engaging and shared reading experiences. Registration is open!

Do you have a good command of German (B2 level) and an interest in economics and finance? The course “German in Economics”, open to all members of the USI community, is designed to enhance the CV of anyone aspiring to study or work in a German-speaking region.

For the first time, USI will host the official DELF/DALF certification exam on 19.09.26 at Campus Ovest. This is a unique opportunity to certify your French level directly at USI. The exam can also be taken on other dates at the official examination centre in Bellinzona.

Interested in obtaining a Goethe certificate? Exams from level B1 to C2 will be held at USI on 24 October 2026. Registration is open until one month before the exam date.

Starting from the Spring Semester, it will no longer be possible to take the paper-based IELTS exam at USI. Candidates may still take the IELTS exam in computer-based format through IELTS Switzerland. Further information is available on our "Language Certifications – English" page.

LLM hosted the Education Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Switzerland for a meeting on Chinese language teaching and academic collaboration. The visit confirmed the shared interest in strengthening relations between Switzerland and China.

This semester, two different student-led Italian conversation labs were held, thanks to the dedication of two volunteer student moderators. A heartfelt thank-you to all participants, with the hope of offering similar labs in other languages during the next Autumn semester!

Thanks to the support of swissuniversities, LLM contributes to the ITERSS project (a joint USI–SUPSI initiative) by offering free Italian language courses to people from the asylum sector, thereby facilitating their access to higher education.

In order to increase the possibilities of language learning and cultural sharing through personal interchange, the "USI Language-learning tandem - eTandem" platform is available (free of charge) to USI students and employees.
