Da inizio giugno è disponibile un programma di Classi & Giochi per il periodo estivo con anche attività all'aperto. La sala attrezzi di Lugano rimarrà sempre aperta, mentre a Mendrisio sarà anch'essa accessibile per una gran parte delle vacanze. Vi aspettiamo!
Il Servizio sport propone eventi outdoor durante l'estate a un prezzo agevolato. Dai tour in e-Bike, ai trekking sui monti ticinesi e al SUP serale. Tante saranno le proposte per un estate all'insegna dello sport e della convivialità alla scoperta del territorio.
Dal 2 al 4 maggio si sono svolti gli Swiss Universities Games 2025, durante i quali la delegazione USI/SUPSI ha gareggiato contro le altre università svizzere. Complimenti alla squadra di calcio per l’ottimo risultato (2° posto), alle squadre di pallavolo e Fit Challenge per i traguardi raggiunti.
A inizio maggio, il Servizio sport ha organizzato il SUS Forum 2025 al CST, riunendo direttori, coordinatori e docenti di educazione fisica dei Servizi sport delle università svizzere. L’evento ha offerto conferenze, formazioni e momenti di scambio per il futuro dello sport universitario.
La seconda edizione della Fit Challenge 2025 è stata un grande successo: 50 giorni di movimento e sana alimentazione che hanno coinvolto 80 partecipanti, motivandoli a superare i propri limiti e a perseguire uno stile di vita equilibrato. Scopri la classifica!
Presso lo sportello Sport di Lugano è possibile noleggiare il materiale per la pratica del beach tennis, speedminton e tennis. Il materiale per giocare a tennis è disponibile anche a Mendrisio.
From the beginning of June, a Classes & Games programme is available for the summer period with also outdoor activities. The Lugano Fitness Room will remain open at all times, while in Mendrisio it will also be accessible for a large part of the holidays. We look forward to seeing you there!
The Sport Service offers outdoor events during the Summer at a reduced price. From e-Bike tours to trekking in the Ticino mountains and evening SUP. There will be many proposals for a summer of sport and conviviality in the discovery of the territory.
The Swiss Universities Games 2025 were held from 2 to 4 May, during which the USI/SUPSI Delegation competed against other Swiss universities. Congratulations to the Soccer team for its excellent result (2nd place) and to the Volleyball and Fit Challenge teams for their achievements.
In early May, the Sport Service organised the SUS Forum 2025 at the CST, bringing together directors, coordinators and physical education lecturers from the Sport Services of Swiss universities. The event offered lectures, training and exchange on the future of university sport.
