The SNSF offers great mobility opportunities for PhD students employed on a SNSF grant. Take advantage of the scheme “Mobility grants in projects”: submission possible all year round.Experienced researches can apply to the SNSF "Scientific Exchange" scheme (see below).
The Branco Weiss Fellowship awards outstanding Postdocs around the world with a generous personal research grant, giving them the freedom to work on whatever topic they choose, for up to five years. Application is possible for researchers who obtained a PhD not before January 15, 2015.
The SNSF Flexibility grants are aimed at postdocs and doctoral students employed in a SNSF project who have to look after children at an important stage in their career and are therefore in need of more flexibility.
Scientific exchanges grants offered by the SNSF support scientific events (conferences, workshops) or research stays of 1-6 months in Switzerland or abroad.
