The H2020 Green Deal call, in line with the new EU policy priority for climate change, will mobilise R&I to foster a sustainable societal transition, lower the greenhouse emissions, and making the economy more circular.
1. Increasing climate ambition: cross-sectoral challenges;2. Clean, affordable and secure energy;3. Industry for a clean and circular economy;4. Energy and resource-efficient buildings;5. Sustainable and smart mobility.
6. Farm to Fork;7. Restoring biodiversity and ecosystem services;8. Zero-pollution, toxic-free environment;9. Strengthening knowledge in support of the European Green Deal;10. Empowering citizens for transition towards a climate neutral, sustainable Europe.
Applicants should apply with international, multidisciplinary consortia composed of minimum 3 partners from 3 different EU countries. Budget: depending on topic, can vary from 2 to 10 mio EUR. Duration: depending on topics, usually 3 to 4 years.
