The Agora scheme aims to promote the spread of knowledge, as well as the exchange of views and perspectives about scientific research. It therefore encourages projects involving two-way processes - with interaction and listening - which generate dialogues between researchers and the public.
Amounts between CHF 5,000 and CHF 200,000 are awarded under the AGORA grant for a maximum of three years.
The scheme covers the following costs:- costs incurred by project partners;- employees;- subcontracting costs;- expenses directly linked to the project's execution;- costs for the publication and communication of the product resulting from the project in Switzerland and abroad.
In addition to regular Agora projects, researchers can submit rolling call projects with budgets of up to 50,000 francs at any time.Funding decisions will be communicated within four months.
