Start now preparing your SNSF research project!SNSF Projects are open to all research fields. Eligible applicants are experienced researchers employed at least at 50% for the duration of the project (up to 4 years) who have good track records and are in the position to perform independent research.
The SNSF allows CH researchers to collaborate with researchers from other countries by designating them "project partners", whether or not the SNSF has signed an agreement with the countries in question. The SNSF will mainly finance the travel costs of the project partners for the collaboration.
The SNSF introduced a new standardised CV format in autumn 2022. The aim is to facilitate comparisons between applicants and to make the evaluation of their scientific career more transparent. The SNSF recommend that applicants start entering it at an early stage.
