The Agora scheme aims to promote the spread of knowledge, as well as the exchange of views and perspectives about scientific research. It therefore encourages projects involving two-way processes - with interaction and listening - which generate dialogues between researchers and the public.
Amounts between CHF 5,000 and CHF 200,000 are awarded under the AGORA grant for a maximum of three years.Projects with a budget of up to CHF 50,000 (Agora rolling call projects) can be submitted all year round. Funding decisions will be communicated within four months.
-Researchers are based in CH;-Researchers must be employed with a work-percentage of no less than 20%;-They cannot apply for their own salaries;
The scheme covers the following costs:- costs incurred by project partners;- employees;- subcontracting costs;- expenses directly linked to the project's execution;- costs for the publication and communication of the product resulting from the project in Switzerland and abroad.
