SERI Research Partnership Grants South Asia and Iran

This grant allows Swiss-based applicants to initiate or strengthen collaborations with researchers in South Asia or Iran. The call is open to all disciplines. Funding: CHF 35K. Matching funds required.

SNSF JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowships 2024

Funding for 2 postdoctoral researchers to carry out a 1-2-year research stay in Japan in any disciplines. The call is open to Swiss-based applicants with max. 6 years after PhD. Japanese citizens are not eligible.

Southeast Asia - Europe Joint Funding Scheme

For collaborative projects on circular economy or on clean, accessible and secure energy supply. Consortia composed by at least 3 partners from 3 different countries; one of them in Southeast Asia. Interdisciplinary consortia including expertise from humanities and social sciences are welcome.

SNSF Scientific Exchanges: grants for visits

Get funding to visit your colleagues abroad or invite them for a research visit in CH via the SNSF Scientific Exchanges rolling call. The grant (max. CHF 25K) covers travel, room and board expenses for 1-6 months. PhD students and researchers employed on an SNSF project are not eligible.

10th South Korea – Switzerland Joint Call 2024

Funding for joint R&D projects, focusing on market-ready solutions. Open to all disciplines. Last year's favored topics: Biotech, Medtech, AI & more. Consortia applicants must include one research entity from either SK or CH and at least one company from each country.
