SERI Consolidation Grants with Asia

For Swiss-based professors, senior scientists and postdocs. The SERI Leading House Asia offers research funding of up to CHF 50K for 1 year to strengthen existing collaborations with researchers in East or Southeast Asia (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, and ASEAN members).

SNSF Scientific Exchanges: grants for visits

Get funding to visit your colleagues abroad or invite them for a research visit in CH to carry out joint research. The grant (max. CHF 25K) covers travel, room and board expenses for 1-6 months. Apply any time, but at least 4 months before the start of the visit. PhD students are not eligible.

SNSF Project Funding for international collaborations

Collaborations are possible with countries in the Weave, Lead Agency or International Co-Investigator Scheme list. To involve applicants in other countries, you need yet another applicant based in Switzerland. Alternatively, you can include the researcher abroad as "project partner".

Innosuisse Joint Call with South Korea

For joint R&D project proposals leading to innovative products and applications with a strong market potential in both CH and South Korea. Consortia must include 1 research entity from either CH or South Korea and at least 1 company from each country. Project duration: 18-36 months.
