| Good news about Switzerland's association! On 10 November 2025 in Bern, Switzerland and the European Union signed the EU Programmes Agreement (EUPA), marking a landmark moment for collaboration in education, research, and innovation. |
|---|
| |
|---|
|
| What’s new? • Proposals submitted in 2025 and future ones, if approved, will be funded directly by the European Commission (EC) • Swiss researchers can continue participating in ERC and MSCA calls • Swiss institutions can act as coordinators in consortium projects.
|
|---|
| |
|---|
|
| How to apply Swiss-based applicants must apply to the calls as “beneficiary” (and not as “associated partner”). This is the only way to receive funding from the EC. For calls requiring participation in consortium, you must also include your budget in the total amount requested from the EC. |
