L'intelligenza artificiale ha ormai fatto il suo ingresso nell'istruzione superiore. Ma come la stanno affrontando i vostri colleghi?

Nell'ambito del progetto EASE (Educational Academic Staff Empowerment), l'eLab, in collaborazione con l'Università di Berna, offre una serie di webinar sull'utilizzo dell'IA generativa nell'insegnamento. In ogni webinar, docenti dell'USI e dell'Università di Berna illustreranno come utilizzano l'IA nei loro corsi o come hanno adattato i metodi di valutazione degli studenti.

Nell'ambito del progetto EASE, l'eLab, in collaborazione con l'Università di Berna, offre un workshop online sulla valutazione formativa.
Il workshop si svolgerà in modalità mista e prevede una componente di lavoro individuale online, da completare prima della sessione sincrona di lunedì 30 novembre. Per partecipare a quest’ultima, sarà infatti necessario aver completato il modulo online “Evaluation in Higher Education Teaching”, disponibile sulla piattaforma iCorsi, che richiede di realizzare una valutazione formativa del proprio insegnamento.
Durante la sessione sincrona, i dati raccolti saranno analizzati e interpretati, i risultati discussi e le informazioni emerse utilizzate per individuare possibili strategie di miglioramento delle proprie pratiche didattiche.

Si terranno nelle prossime settimane gli ultimi due incontri della nuova serie di Brown Bag Lunches SA26, dedicata al tema “Activating Students: Creating the Conditions for Learning”.

Nella sezione "Teacher's corner" di iCorsi è ora disponibile un nuovo modulo online sul tema della valutazione formativa: "Evaluation in Higher Education Teaching".
Il modulo è stato ideato per aiutare i docenti a utilizzare la valutazione come strumento pratico per comprendere e migliorare costantemente il proprio insegnamento.
Il modulo presenta i concetti chiave e gli scopi della valutazione, incoraggiando i partecipanti a riflettere sulla differenza fra la valutazione (evaluation) e l'accertamento degli apprendimenti (assessment) e su come diverse tipologie di evidenze possano fornire indicazioni significative sul proprio insegnamento e sull’apprendimento dei propri studenti. Al termine del modulo, i partecipanti saranno in grado di formulare una domanda di valutazione mirata, selezionare un approccio appropriato per la raccolta di dati e utilizzare i risultati ottenuti per apportare miglioramenti al proprio insegnamento.

As part of the EASE project, the eLab, in collaboration with the University of Bern, is offering an online workshop on formative assessment.
The workshop will be delivered in a blended format and will include an individual online component to be completed before the synchronous session on Monday, 30 November. Participation in the synchronous session requires prior completion of the online module “Evaluation in Higher Education Teaching”, available on the iCorsi platform, which involves carrying out a formative evaluation of one's own teaching.
During the synchronous session, the data collected will be analysed and interpreted; the findings will be discussed, and the insights gained will be used to identify possible strategies for improving teaching practices.

The last two sessions of the new SA26 Brown Bag Lunches series, dedicated to the theme “Activating Students: Creating the Conditions for Learning,” will be held in the coming weeks.

A new online module on formative assessment is now available in the “Teacher's Corner” section of iCorsi: “Evaluation in Higher Education Teaching.”
The module is designed to help teachers use evaluation as a practical tool for understanding and continuously improving their teaching practices.
The module presents the key concepts and purposes of evaluation, helping participants distinguish evaluation from assessment and consider how different forms of evidence can provide meaningful insights into their teaching and their students’ learning. By the end of the module, participants will be equipped to formulate a focused evaluation question, select an appropriate approach for gathering evidence, and use the findings to inform concrete improvements in their teaching.
