Our Summer School courses are delivered as interactive workshops taught by experts from leading universities around Europe. In each workshop, the instructors carefully balance the theory with practical examples and hands-on exercises. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own data!
Our courses cover both qualitative and quantitative methods and range from 'Design Thinking for Research' and 'Conducting a Grounded Theory Study' through 'Mixed Methods' to 'Machine Learning - What is it good for?' and 'Creating Groups from Data. Cluster Analysis and Latent Class Analysis'.
During Summer School in Lugano, you will experience an international atmosphere, with ample opportunities to get to know other course participants, both on- and off-campus! All participants are invited to our formal Networking Apéro at Lido di Lugano, our hikes and less formal nights out!
