The Southern Summer School "Digital Communication of indigenous African heritage and fashion" will take place in Namibia on 9-15 February 2020. It is organized in collaboration with the University of Namibia and the University of Turku (Finland). The application deadline is 24.11.2019!
The 7th edition of USI UNESCO Chair Summer School will take place on 16-23 August 2020 in Indonesia. It is organized with the Trisakti School of Tourism (Jakarta) and will tackle the relation between tangible and intangible heritage, with a focus on Batik textile. More info to come.
This year's Summer School "LeVERAGE ICTs for Tourism" took place in Switzerland: the activities of the first two days ran within the 2019 edition of the MEM Summer Summit in Lugano, then the group moved to Val Müstair, home to the Benedictine Convent of St John, a World Heritage Site.
