Batik is a textile-making tradition in Indonesia that has been inscribed by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2009. Ph.D. candidate Puspita Ayu Permatasari has developed a website and a mobile app to communicate such heritage to international audiences.
