Since 10 years, the Institute of Digital Technologies for Communication (ITDxC) and the UNESCO Chair have been working on eLearning for the tourism and hospitality sector. You will find an overview of related projects, MOOCs, destination courses and publications on this dedicated website.
In 2015, the first-ever MOOC on eTourism was launched by USI UNESCO Chair and USI eLab. The course is fully available and free! It is addressed to anyone, who is willing to learn about the great opportunities given by ICTs to the field of tourism.
Together with the UNESCO UNITWIN Network “Culture, Tourism, Development” leader Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris, France), USI UNESCO Chair has designed and developed two MOOCs (Vol. 1 & Vol. 2) on Tourism Management at World Heritage Sites. Fully free and open!
