Prof. Giovanni Pica, nuovo Decano

Il Prof. Giovanni Pica è il nuovo Decano della Facoltà di scienze economiche e succede al Prof. Gianluca Colombo, giunto al termine di due mandati biennali non rinnovabili. Il Prof. Pica, affiliato all'Istituto di Economia Politica dell'USI è entrato in carica il 1 settembre 2023.

QS World University Rankings Europe 2024

USI tra le prime 10 università europee per la ricerca

L'USI risulta 229ª su 690 atenei europei presenti nel QS World University Rankings Europe 2024. Particolarmente positivi i risultati per quanto riguarda l'internazionalità e l'impatto della ricerca, quest'ultimo indicatore posiziona l'USI al 9º posto in Europa ed al 3º in Svizzera.

Faculty of Economics

Prof. Giovanni Pica, new Dean

USI Prof. Giovanni Pica is the new Dean of the Faculty of Economics and succeeds Prof. Gianluca Colombo, who has come to the end of two non-renewable two-year terms. Prof. Pica, affiliated with the USI Istituto di Economia Politica, took office on 1 September 2023.

QS World University Rankings Europe 2024

USI in the top 10 European universities for research

USI ranks 229th out of 690 universities in QS World University Rankings Europe 2024. It ranks 9th in Europe and 3rd in Switzerland for research impact, with positive results also for internationality.
