Al Dies Academicus 2026 sarà assegnato il 3° USI Alumni Award. Dopo Informatica e Architettura, è il turno di Economia: il premio andrà a un alumnus/a distintosi professionalmente, nel rispetto dei valori USI di qualità, apertura e responsabilità. Candidature aperte fino al 15 febbraio.

A febbraio partirà la 22ª indagine sull'inserimento professionale dei laureati a 1 e 5 anni dalla laurea, che coinvolgerà i laureati 2020 e 2024 delle 6 facoltà USI (Arc, Biomed, Com, Eco, Inf, Teo). Se rientri in queste annate, il tuo contributo sarà prezioso. Qui trovi le indagini precedenti.

Grande successo per le reunions del Master in International Tourism e del Master in Economics: oltre 130 alumni sono tornati sul campus per incontrare professori e compagni di classe e vivere momenti di scambio e networking. A gennaio 2026 riparte il Mentoring per gli studenti del Master in Finance, con 27 USI Alumni attivi nel settore finanziario come Mentor. Per 6 mesi, gli studenti incontreranno i propri Mentor per ricevere consigli e informazioni su come avviare al meglio una carriera in Svizzera o all’estero.

In occasione della Reunion di Informatica 2025 sono state raccolte tre nuove borse di studio annuali per studenti dei Master della Facoltà di scienze informatiche dell’USI, grazie a un’asta di opere dell’artista Yuri Catania firmate dall’astronauta Claude Nicollier.

Dopo il grande successo della passata edizione, torna anche nel 2026 UniVerso - Porte Aperte all’USI. L’evento si terrà sul campus di Lugano sabato 25 aprile 2026.

L’USI registra un miglioramento nel Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2026 rispetto al ranking precedente, grazie a solide performance nei cinque pilastri di valutazione, soprattutto in “Industry” e “International Outlook”.

Questo Master vuole formare professionisti capaci di affrontare le trasformazioni del settore sanitario. Il percorso propone tre Major: Digital Public Health, Health Communication e Health Economics & Management e prepara a carriere in istituzioni sanitarie, enti pubblici, ONG e aziende tecnologiche

At the 2026 Dies Academicus, the Alumni Award will be presented. After Informatics and Architecture, it is the turn of the Faculty of Economics: the award will honor alumni who have excelled professionally, reflecting USI’s values of quality, openness, responsibility. Nominations close February 15.

In February, the 22nd survey on alumni professional outcomes, 1 and 5 years after graduation, will take place. It will focus on graduates from 2020 and 2024 in the 6 USI Faculties (Arc, Biomed, Com, Eco, Inf, Teo). If you're one of them, your input is invaluable. You can find previous surveys here.

The reunion of the Master in International Tourism and the reunion of the Master in Economics were a great success. Over 130 alumni came back to campus to reconnect with professors and classmates, and enjoy moments of exchange and networking. Stay tuned for updates on the 2026 alumni reunions.

In January 2026, the Mentoring Program for Master in Finance students will resume, featuring 27 alumni active in finance as Mentors. Over six months, students will meet with their Mentors to gain personalized guidance and insights on successfully launching a career in Switzerland or internationally.

More than 20 newly graduates shared their academic journey at USI and their professional experience with prospective students, speaking as guests during the Master presentations. On the occasion of the 2025 Informatics Reunion, three new annual scholarships were raised for Master’s students at USI’s Faculty of Informatics, thanks to an auction of artworks by artist Yuri Catania signed by astronaut Claude Nicollier.
