Rinnovato il mandato al Rettore Boas Erez

Nella sua seduta di venerdì 27 settembre 2019 il Consiglio dell’Università ha ringraziato Boas Erez per l’operato svolto fino ad oggi e ha rinnovato il suo mandato per il prossimo quadriennio (2020-2023). Molti gli sviluppi realizzati sotto la sua guida.

Il Segretario generale coadiuva il Rettore nella conduzione ordinaria dell'USI. Siede nel Rettorato e nel Comitato di direzione e contribuisce a vigilare sul buon funzionamento d'insieme dell'Università e a coordinarne gli atti di pianificazione e di sviluppo.

Nuova mostra al Teatro dell'architettura

Da venerdì 4 ottobre a domenica 2 febbraio il Teatro dell'architettura dell’USI a Mendrisio presenta la mostra “Koen Vanmechelen. The Worth of Life - 1982/2019” promossa dalla Fondazione Teatro dell’architettura. La mostra si compone di oltre 65 opere dell’artista belga di fama internazionale.

Richiesta di affiliazione di IRSOL e FTL all'USI

Il Consiglio dell'USI ha deciso di indirizzare al Consiglio di Stato del Canton Ticino la richiesta di affiliazione della Facoltà di Teologia di Lugano e dell’Istituto di Ricerche Solari Locarno. Qualora il Governo le approvasse, esse saranno sottoposte al Gran Consiglio per la decisione finale.

The Secretary General assists the Rector in the ordinary management of USI. He sits in the Rectorate and in the Steering Committee and contributes to overseeing the overall performance of the University and to coordinating planning and development activities.

New exhibition at Teatro dell'architettura

The exhibition “Koen Vanmechelen. The Worth of Life - 1982/2019” promoted by Fondazione Teatro dell’architettura will be open at USI Teatro dell'Architettura, Mendrisio from Friday, 4 October to Sunday, 2 February. A review of over 65 works of the world famous Belgian artist.

Two applications for affiliation to USI

USI Council has submitted to the State Council of Canton Ticino the applications for the affiliation of the Faculty of Theology of Lugano and of Istituto di Ricerche Solari Locarno. In case of Government approval, the requests will then be submitted to the Parliament of Ticino for a final verdict.
