The Summer School, which involved 28 participants, was the result of a cooperation between USI, Università La Sapienza, Université Paris1-Panthéon Sorbonne, and ISEM. A public conference was organised with the CEO of Bally Nicolas Girotto, who discussed the role of "Made in Switzerland".
